This will be the SMARTEST technology post, I have ever posted.  
Windows 11 has a fault in their "Operating System."  When you "Shut Down" a Windows 11 OS from the start menu (Start Menu ---> Power ---> Shutdown) , the "Up Time" keeps running when you shut off the OS like this. (This means the computer is still running!)  Since the OS isn't truly shutdown and is running in the background, we need to fix this!!  
To manually "Shutdown" Windows 11, do this...   "Start Menu" ---> type "cmd" in the "search bar" and open "Command Prompt."   When "Command Prompt" is open type, "shutdown /s" and then press "Enter."  Doing this will MANUALLY "shutdown" the ENTIRE SYSTEM and stops the "Up Time."  
One day, years ago, I noticed the "Up Time" on my Task Manager was HIGH!!  This means my PC was running for a LONG TIME!   You can find "Up Time" at the bottom of "Task Manager" in the picture provided.   
This message comes from a good place with GOOD INTENTIONS!!   Nobody wants a PC to be running wasting energy.  😉
